Biography of Josina Machel. Born in 1945, she studied in Mocimboa da Praia, Xai-Xai and Maputo. Later she married Samora Machel, and she died at age 26, at April 7^th (that became Day of the Mozambican Woman), from a disease. She left the memory of an exemplar path as a freedom fighter of FRELIMO in Mozambique. Streets, avenues, neighbourhoods, villages, schools and hospitals have her name, even in foreign countries.
