Registration
In the registration form (link below), you will have access to the following procedures, phases and values of payment:
From 18 October to 10 November
Student with a paper presentation: 20 euros
Student without a paper presentation: 15 euros
Non-student with a paper presentation: 25 euros
Non-student without a paper presentation: 20 euros
From 11 November until 6 p.m 25 November
Student with a paper presentation: 40 euros
Student without a paper presentation: 30 euros
Non-student with a paper presentation: 50 euros
Non-student without a paper presentation: 40 euros
Registration on the day: 60 euros
Evening meal (dinner and jazz concert with drinks and service included) on Friday 6 December at 8 p.m: 15 euros [the registration is closed]
Social gathering, a party on Saturday 7 December at 11 p.m: free of charge
Please pay attention to the following:
- The registration will offer a Certificate of Participation. In the registration form it will be possible to choose if it can be available in digital format.
- The registration is only effective when the confirmation of payment is received. The first phase value is applied due to 10 November. From 11 November (inclusive) on, the second phase of registration value will be applied.
- Registrations on the day of the event are subject to limitations of materials of the colloquium.
- On 6 December, a dinner will gather the participants and the confirmation of participation is requested in the form. The registration in the dinner can only be made through the registration form.
- Taking into account the large number of participants and for logistical reasons, there is no guarantee that it will be possible to confirm the participation in the dinner on the day (6 December) concerning the availability of seats.
- The dinner will take place at Salão Brazil with the menu: (available soon). In the registration form it is asked for some eventual indication of food restrictions.
- The value of the dinner includes a Jazz concert of Vicente/Pascucci 4teto with the participation of the French pianist Roberto Negro. The concert will be after the dinner and recorded for music publishing with JACC Records.
- On Saturday 7 December there will be a party at Galeria Bar Santa Clara. The entry does not imply minimum consumption but, for logistical reasons, it is asked for confirmation of participation in the registration form.
