Survey
"CFR 'in action'" comprises research and training methodologies. The research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative) includes the elaboration, application and analysis of a survey to judicial actors (lawyers, public prosecutors and judges) to map the training needs concerning the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union (CFR). The aim of the survey is the evaluation of the training needs, among the judicial actors in all partner countries, regarding knowledge and training within the scope of the CFR.
The survey includes questions concerning the topics and contents of previous training courses on the CFR; the matters in which the respondents have more difficulties concerning the interpretation and application of the Charter; the topics for training on the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights the respondents would like to receive.
