PRESENTATION
The high number of insolvency proceedings in recent years are indicative of the importance of this matter, which is so full of practical issues of notarial and registry nature.
The figure of the insolvency administrator and their role in the liquidation of the insolvent estate are the basic aspect in the approach to the subject. It is, therefore,  a very current and relevant matter for all legal professionals, which justifies their inclusion in this advanced training course.
